" Born in Munich, in the south of Germany and raised in Tuscany (Italy), Chef Luca Maria Di Biase is not the typical Italian man, nor the typical Italian Chef. Instead of adhering to traditional Italian dishes, he found it much more interesting to innovate his native cuisine using outside influences.
A visit to Spain sparked this desire. After traveling around the world, he moved to Ibiza, where he worked at a restaurant family business Trattoria Del Sole. The multitude of ethnicities in the city - and their flavourful cuisines - all served to inspire him to pursue a culinary career.
He then worked at a several restaurants including the Palladium 4* Prestigious Hotel Restaurant. As a hobby while working as a music producer, he opens a Catering Company with his wife Giuliana G. Piazzese called "Flying Chefs Ibiza", their passion for food, hospitality & being able to offer a multitude of services to his clients has put them at the forefront of Private Hospitality Services.
